Peer Circle System: Tuvuke operates on a reciprocal support model. To maximize your campaign's success:

• Support Others First: Users who fund at least 1 campaign can share their own campaigns in chat
• Build Your Circle: Fund at least 2 campaigns to unlock chat room creation
• Reciprocal Support: When you support others, they're more likely to support you back
• Self-Funding Required: Campaign creators must be the first to fund their own campaign to show commitment

• Maximum Amount: Self-funding must never exceed $40 USD per campaign
• Non-Refundable: The self-funding amount is non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of campaign outcome
• Completed Campaigns: When a campaign is marked as completed, the campaign creator receives the total funded amount minus the self-funding amount they contributed
• Purpose: Self-funding demonstrates the creator's commitment to their project and builds trust within the Tuvuke community
• Required: Campaign creators must complete self-funding before their campaign goes live

Campaign Creators Must:

• Provide accurate, truthful information about their funding needs
• Upload clear photos of their business/project (minimum 3 photos)
• Write a detailed campaign story (minimum 500 characters)
• Be the first to fund their own campaign (self-funding requirement, max $40 USD)
• Use funds for the stated purpose
• Maintain communication with supporters

Prohibited Activities:

• Creating fake or fraudulent campaigns
• Misrepresenting the purpose of funds
• Using platform for illegal activities
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent rules
• Harassing or scamming other users

Penalty System:

• 1st Violation: Warning + Message blocked
• 2nd Violation: Warning + Message blocked
• 3rd Violation: 180-day temporary ban
• Repeated Violations: Permanent account ban

Account Security:

• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify Tuvuke immediately of unauthorized access
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

Due Diligence:

• Supporters should review campaigns carefully before contributing
• Understand that contributions are given to support entrepreneurs and are not expected to be repaid
• Report suspicious or fraudulent campaigns immediately

Dispute Resolution:

• Contact our support team for assistance with any disputes
• Tuvuke will mediate disputes fairly and transparently
• Final decisions on disputes rest with Tuvuke administration

Tuvuke reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of community guidelines or chat rules
• Fraudulent activity or providing false information
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users
• Attempting to circumvent platform fees or rules
• Creating fake campaigns or misusing funds

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Active campaigns must be completed or cancelled before account closure.

Tuvuke provides the peer-to-peer funding platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding campaign success or user behavior. We are not liable for:

• Disputes between supporters and campaign creators
• Technical issues or platform downtime
• Third-party payment processor failures
• Inaccurate information provided by users

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect:

• Identity verification documents
• Financial information for campaign funding
• Communication data from chat and messages
• Transaction history and payment data

We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to process payments.

Tuvuke reserves the right to modify this Membership Agreement at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
